SCCF's members work with call centres, either directly or indirectly, and believe that issues that promote the growth of the sector, safeguard quality and create attractive workplaces are very important. We work in a sector that is still growing.
In Sweden, hundreds of thousands of people work each day with answering or making millions of calls, in order to receive orders, support IT users, answer queries and offer services and products of different kinds. Do you remember when you could lift the phone and carry out banking tasks for the first time? That service started in the late 1980's, more than 20 years ago.
