Welcome to the Swedish Call Centre Association, SCCF
SCCF is a non-profit organisation for all businesses that work with call centres, either as part of the sales department or on behalf of another company. SCCF works to help its members create and develop the fundamental conditions needed to improve their business, through political lobbying, involvement in legislative issues and through the development of a set of ethical standards and rules for the sector.
SCCF works actively in business and employment politics, addressing issues that can threaten the call centre sector. We work to raise the profile of matters that are important for the continued development and expansion of the sector. An association is only as strong as its members, and the more companies we represent the more weight our opinions hold.
